About this place
Wrap the noodles in the meat, or enjoy them separately: Yukssam naengmyeon at K East pairs cold noodles with charcoal-grilled pork shoulder, so you can eat the two as you prefer. The menu presents it as a choice for those who enjoy the savoury flavour of the meat, with thick-cut pork shoulder alongside the noodles. For something spicy, try Yukssam bibim naengmyeon, which is listed with yukssu, a chilled broth.
There is more to the menu than cold noodles, including stone-pot bibimbap, cheese stone-pot bibimbap, sundubu and bokkeumbap. One diner who ordered stone-pot bibimbap at lunch said they enjoyed the pollock roe and cheese version. It is a different order from the cheese stone-pot bibimbap listed on the menu, but offers another idea for anyone after a rice dish.
Baekseol, available in flavours such as roasted soybean flour, matcha and mango, makes a sweet finish or a light snack. One visitor recalled that the Baekseol served with condensed milk was less sweet than it looked, and left an impression. The restaurant offers dine-in service and is described as suitable for solo diners. Whether you want a filling meal centred on cold noodles or would rather choose a rice dish and dessert, you can put together a meal to suit your mood.
